We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged 5 days after receiving your token.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to email@example.com with your inquiry, and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs should you want to exchange your token. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods during transit.
