EXCHANGES
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to chantal@tokengold.com with your inquiry and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
